Shipping policy

Where we ship: EU member states (Norway, Switzerland and the UK are planned later).

Processing: 1–3 business days (up to 5 in the Black Friday to Christmas peak), excluding Finnish public holidays.

Delivery times (estimates, not guarantees): Our products ship from overseas suppliers. Delivery usually takes about 2–3 weeks after dispatch, and can be longer in Oct–Dec, Golden Week (1–8 Oct) and Chinese New Year (~6 Feb 2027). The estimate shown on the product page or at checkout applies to your order.

Orders with items from different suppliers may arrive in separate parcels at no extra cost.

Duties & taxes: All prices include VAT. For EU deliveries we handle import VAT and customs duty, so you pay nothing on delivery.

Tracking, lost parcels, address changes: You get a tracking email at dispatch. If nothing has arrived 30 days after dispatch, email us at inahuzor1@gmail.com and we'll trace, reship or refund. Risk stays with us until delivery. Address changes within 12 hours of ordering.
